I have gone back and updated most of the older posts from 2015 with new data.
The original post is at the top and the update is below.
The scope of this blog has expanded to include newer technologies (iPADs and Smart Phones) and hopes to provide a source for computer user interests and discussions. Future post topics will include topics for the current members of the three sets of monthly meetings I attend (TVCUG lunch group, iPADer's breakfast group, and the CLB lunch group).
Users are now using tablets and smart phones, as well as, desk tops and laptop computers to send and receive email, search the web, and keep informed in their interests using an expanded set of "aps" (computer programs).
Selecting the "best" internet service provider (ISP) available is a common discussion items along with the choice of internet browsers and email services.
